Well, you've asked for it so here it is...Monty with facial hair. Wouldn't quite call it a beard just yet...it's more a scruffy stubble at the moment...give me time!Picture quality is less than satisfactory - hate those pictures-in-the-mirror jobs but hey!

I had the pleasure of lunching with Monty today and I must say the beard is coming along nicely.
Really suits him, but even as he said in an earlier post, facial hair or not, its about the person and Monty is a genuine nice guy whether bearded or not.
