Forgot to mention in the previous post...
I went to David Jones yesterday at lunchtime (their Castlereagh St store). It's their Spring Flower Festival and seriously, go and have a look (if you live in Sydney). It is gorgeous! The theme this year is "A riot of colour" and it is - magnificent arrangements of orchids and oriental lillies, with parrots perched on the branches! Exotic and amazing. When the florists were given the job, they must have wet themselves with delight at the sheer scale of it, let alone the theme. Wonderful.

Yes. Yes. Yes. I saw it yesterday. Was walking past DJ on my way to the Art Gallery. It was amazing. The highlight for me were the giant pitcher (carnivorous) plants perched on top of one of the cosmetic counters.
